Depending on which certifications you want below, you will need to make sure you have the correct one from the above. <\/p>\n\n\n\n You must be wondering if you can get your certification online. The answer is: it depends. Depending on which course provider you take the course with, you may be able to obtain yours online. <\/p>\n\n\n\n However, most likely, you will need an in-person component. The reason is that you will need experience interacting with clients or even someone to simulate situations. The other reason is that you will need to complete your Instructor Competency Exam or ICE. Think of this as your practicum. You will need to demonstrate your skills in this portion of the exam. Most likely, you will have two components to your: a written or multiple choice and a practical skills exam. Some exams are take-home while others are taken either in person or online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The one sure thing that you can do is take the Fitness Theory course and the exam online.
