If you want to become a personal trainer or group fitness instructor, an ACE Certification is a way to go, as all of their certifications are accredited by the NCCA (the gold standard in health and fitness certifications). Individual clients and fitness facilities internationally also accept and recognize this certification.

According to their website, ACE is the leading non-profit exercise professional and health coach certification organization. They offer NCAA accredited certifications, continuing education, and access to information to support health and fitness professionals who want to make an impact on their communities.

How To Get An ACE Certification

Getting this certification is quite a straightforward process involving 2 main steps:

Step 2 – Book The Exam

  1. To book the exam, go to the ACE Fitness Student Page and scroll down until you see “Exam” on the bottom of the right hand sidebar. Click “Learn More”.
  2. It will take you to another screen where you need to click the red “Register for your exam” button right at the top.
  3. From there, you can choose to either take the exam online at home or at a local testing center.
