OFC Fitness Theory Questions
You will see two types of questions on the exam: memory and application questions. The most basic type is the memory question. Memory questions require you to remember facts that you studied, for example, names of muscles or the duration of an energy system. Out of the two, this type is the easiest to score points. As long as you have studied the ten topics or gone through enough practice questions, you will be fine.
The second type is application questions. As the name suggests, you will need to know specific facts and apply your knowledge. For example, you may need to know which muscles are involved during a squat or a lunge, and you need to know what the exercise is and which muscles are involved in a specific movement phase.
