SPRA Exercise Theory

First of all, what is Exercise Theory? Exercise Theory is a prerequisite for all the certification modules available with SPRA. If you want to become a fitness instructor in Saskatchewan with SPRA, you will first need to complete and pass the exam. A successful pass means that you can continue to take specialty modules such as group fitness.

Exercise Theory gives you the knowledge necessary for taking the specialty modules. You will learn topics including basic anatomy and physiology. A baseline knowledge is essential to provide you with the foundation to become a fitness instructor.
